Reservation Policy

If you wish to book your stay with us, you can do so through our booking engine by clicking the “Call us” button or by contacting our reception staff via our Whatsapp channel or email.

The Hotel reserves the right to request the customer’s credit card information as a guarantee of their reservation.

In the case of groups or special dates, the hotel will require a deposit of 25% of the total stay as confirmation. This deposit will be refunded to the customer if applicable, under the conditions described in our cancellation policy.

All prices on our website include VAT.

Tenants are required to use the facilities responsibly. If hotel staff detects evidence of vandalism or careless use of the facilities, Hotel Los Dólmenes reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, and tenants must vacate the premises immediately.

Acceptance of these booking methods implies that the customer has read and accepted these booking conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours in advance of the arrival date, no charges will apply.
  • A credit card number is required as a reservation guarantee, and charges for the first night will be applied if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up at the hotel.
  • In the case of group reservations, cancellation is allowed up to 30 days before the arrival date. In this case, no charges will apply. Cancelling with 30 days or less notice will result in the hotel not refunding the deposit paid during the reservation confirmation. The deposit to confirm the reservation is set at 25% of the total stay.
